Those are the best bagels I've had. We bought the sorted pack and all kinds are very well made. It was not too busy for a Saturday morning. When you buy them you can choose the dip that you want. They have plenty of options to choose from. The environment of the place is pacific and light is dim for extra relaxation. It might get pricy and parking is hard around the area.

I ordered ”Bacon and Spinach”, the exact name of the sandwich, and I asked whether or not there was anything besides Bacon and Spinach and Egg, because I hate cheese. You guys said no. I got a bagel with Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar. No spinach. Enough said.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY BOOT CUSTOMERS’ CARS INDISCRIMINATELY! $100 to $150 DOLLARS TO EAT A BAGEL! I was visiting Austin from out of town and stopped by Einstein’s to get a bagel as a snack. While inside, my car was quickly booted and the disgruntled employees recognize the frustration at a restaurant that boots its own customers. I walk outside and my car has been booted. I show the boot man (William Wade) my restaurant receipt and he ignores it, charging me $103 to have the boot removed, despite being a paying customer. I watched another man park and walk inside, only to be booted as well. This is ridiculous and if you look at the other negative reviews, you’ll see I’m not alone. Funny, the restaurant owner responds to comments about poor food quality but not the predatory booting practice. It’s almost as if they know they are treating their customers terribly but they do it anyway. Would be nice to see the owner respond to my review. Until then, I will comment, review, post, and share the news of this predatory practice on every platform that I can. Look for a similar review on Yelp and any other reviewing service as well as on social media. If I save anyone from eating here, it’s worth it.

I went here and it turned out they closed. So I ran next door instead and the jerks they use to stalk their parking lot booted my car and charged $150 to get it off. He wasn't willing to listen to reason, literally 4 minutes after I exited my car. AVOID THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION. I even called them the next day and they just said that I should have moved my car to a different parking space when I learned they were closed. WOW!!! That's rude. I bet that guy with the boot pays them when he boots or tows someone. I wish I had called the police...

I'd have a better experience going to Hell and trying to get a bagel there. The staff was unfriendly and there was trash on the floor. I've had great experience with other locations so I don't understand why this one was so terrible.
